Lynne Irwin

With over 30 years’ experience in HR Lynne has come across most people related issues and always enjoys it never being the same experience –  different contexts, different personalities and different solutions. Lynne has worked in a variety of sectors (media, creative, technology, charity, pharmaceutical, NHS and public sector) and while she has gained a depth of experience across the HR spectrum she has a particular interest in employee relations (including complex and senior level ER), change work (designing, implementing and embedding) and talent management. With an eye for detail, Lynne also enjoys carrying out audits (HR, Border Agency, Data Protection).
