Cerulean founder – Debbie Scola

Debbie Scola is a people and organisational development specialist in Human Resources, coaching and mentoring. Her passion and expertise are in developing organisational and talent-related solutions, including facilitating individual and team growth, planning and implementing organisational change, and developing new processes, programmes, and learning initiatives.

She is committed to working as a thought partner with businesses to help them identify and remove barriers to unlock potential and achieve professional goals. Her strength is in working with diverse talent and organisational challenges to create high levels of performance and engagement.

Before starting Cerulean, Debbie has had several national and international HR Director appointments for various high profile brands with 2000+ people, delivering major change projects, including, News UK (publishers of The Times, Sunday Times, The Sun and The News of the World), Pernod Ricard, Heineken, Virgin Media and Lebara.
